For over 25 years, PSCo has pioneered 'big screen' innovations such as LED videowalls, large venue projectors, and powerful image processing. Collaborating with system integrators, resellers, and rental companies, we offer a comprehensive support model, empowering partners from project initiation to aftercare. Our Innovation House in Bracknell boasts the UK's largest multi-brand experience centre. As the specialist display division of the Midwich Group, we're a key player in the global AV market.

How are we doing this?
Local community
Empowering our employees, vendors, suppliers and integrators to get involved and support local and national charities is at the heart of our business. Over the past 10 years, we are incredibly proud to represent some amazing charities and raise £200,000 and counting. Each year our employees impress us with their volunteering efforts – some of us cycled 135 miles in our Tour de AV charity ride and raised £50,000.

Work-life balance
For eligible roles we offer hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, on successful completion of your probation, with all the equipment required to do this.
Time off
22 days holiday rising to 27 days with length of service. We close over Christmas & New Year and ask for just 1 days' holiday to cover this. In addition, you get your birthday off and can purchase additional holiday.
Enhanced Family Leave
Family is important to us, so we offer generous enhanced family leave pay to support you during this time, whether that is for Maternity, Paternity or Adoption.
Private medical cover
You will have the opportunity to join our scheme with 24/7 GP appointments and advice, mental health services, quicker specialist appointments as well as healthy lifestyle tips and other services.
Sick pay
We understand that from time to time everyone is poorly. To help you when you are unwell, we offer up to 10 days full pay each year.
Income protection
Get financial reassurance for you and your family if due to your health you are unable to work. Whether due to an accident, illness or other reason, this will offer you a portion of your salary each month.
