All PSCo aftercare services are delivered through Mi Support, the value-added service department of the Midwich Group.
Mi Support is a trade resalable enhanced aftercare warranty that can be purchased on any brand of hardware supplied by PSCo/Midwich in the UK and Ireland.
We are the only authorised service and repair centre for our LED vendors including Absen, Aluvision and LG in the UK & Ireland.
As the official service partner for all in- and out-of-warranty repairs, channel partners will receive the best possible support services for complete peace of mind when purchasing LED through PSCo.
All displays come with a manufacturer-backed warranty that covers all components supplied.
In addition, we offer an enhanced all-in-one support package that includes next business day onsite assistance, extended warranties with 1-5 years cover and unlimited access to our helpdesk and technical support.
Clients with Mi Support will receive a guaranteed faster resolution when things go wrong and an on-demand support service to maintain continuity of their operations supported by a 24/5 helpdesk.

Our in-house pixel surgery specialises in fixing all LED modules from 0.9mm and above. We support repairs on indoor and outdoor LED products.
As the official repair centre for our vendors, we provide in-country fixes for all LED products in case of dead pixels or physical damage. No need to wait around for factory returns, our fast turnaround ensures your fixed installation and retail displays are up and running again in no time.

We hold inventory of all parts including a wide range of batch-specific IC chips and SMDs as well as power supplies, bracketry and other accessories to ensure the fastest possible turnaround for minimum downtime.
To ensure optimal performance of the LED screen throughout its lifespan, we provide specialist calibration services that make sure colours and brightness levels remain consistent for all LED modules on the display.
